Bouncing Ball Books will be the invited guest speaker at the Tampa Writer’s Alliance monthly meeting Wednesday, September 6, 2006 in the John Germany Library at 7:00 pm, Tampa.
The topic for presentation and discussion will be “What Publisher’s Want.” The Bouncing Ball Books – Tampa Writers Alliance Collection of Short Stories Contest will be announced.
Bouncing Ball Books is running a contest open to Tampa Writers Alliance members only for the best-completed manuscript of adult short stories. The genre and variety among the manuscript collection may vary with no restrictions.
First Prize, a publishing contract with Bouncing Ball Books, will be awarded at the annual January Tampa Writers Alliance dinner in January 2007. Second prize will be a $200 Editor’s Choice Award and Third Prize will be a $100 Ink Award.
