Author Reading and Display of Artwork “Les Femme Artistes Boutique” Feb 9, 2007The Spotlight Theater will host “Les Femme Artistes Boutique” where Cherie Zendarski is an invited and talented artist and author. Read-A-Thon Student Body Event For Cherie Zendarski in Pleasanton Feb 16, 2007Cherie Zendarski will kick off this year’s Saint Michael’s School Read-A-Thon event in Pleasonton at the student body assembly on February 16, 2007. Zendarski will be speaking to the private school students regarding art, writing, style, and expressing emotions through the use of pen and paintbrush. “What Bird?” authored and illustrated by Zendarski, will be the catalyst for her fun and inspirational presentation featuring a poetry discussion. Drawings will be held from noon until 1pm. The children will obtain tickets by visiting the different booths around the museum grounds. Each reader will have tickets to give out to the children.

Kern Adult Literacy Council's Annual Book Fair - Cherie will be giving a small presentation (about 15 mi) on becoming an author and where her inspiration came from in creating this book, along with being available for book signings.
A $10.00 fee is required to enter.
Author Cherie Zendarski will be seen on Channel 17 on The Morning Show in the Bakersfield area the week prior to the event.
